How should I care for my hair accessory?
To maintain the beauty of your headwear from JUKUL, it is advisable to store it in a cool, dry place in the dust bag. Avoid exposure to moisture, hair sprays, perfumes and other liquids. Cleaning should be done gently, using a soft cloth or brush to remove any dust.
Rush orders
If you are in a hurry and need help in getting your order on time, please send us an email to studio@jukul-accessories.com specifying the date you need to receive your headwear. We will discuss express shipping options to make sure that you receive your order on time. Additional fees apply.
Shipping
We offer free flat rate shipping on all order in the USA. International shipping is available at additional cost and is calculated manually. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination. If you need your order to be shipped abroad, please send us an email to studio@jukul-accessories.com .
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are not provided at JUKUL due to the fact that headwear is made to order or is available in small quantities. However, if your piece arrived damaged or you received a wrong head piece, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to studio@jukul-accessories.com . We will help you fix the mistake.
